After trying a lot of running shoes for road workouts, I came back at home with a pair of Adidas Supernova Glide Boost 8 Running Shoes .
I have for winter a pair of Supernova Glide Boost ATR with clima heat and they works great .
At around $ 80 you can buy it from Amazon or other place at sale, because the real price is over $ 100 .
The upper is engineered for natural, flexible support and a seamless, sock-like fit and it fits real nice on my foot. It is thin, the foot can breath, I did not run in rain with them to see how fast they get wet and dry .
I took a pair 1/2 number bigger and the fit is true to size . For wide feet you may need to get a 1 number bigger .
For the Boost Midsole Adidas claim that features 55 percent more boost capsules, which provides re-bound to the well cushioned midsole . I don’t know about this, but I can say that it does probably the best cushioning job out there and I run very nice in this pair of Adidas .
The stability of the foot is great, it has the back a little higher and the foot does not move in sides or up/down .
The Continental rubber is great for durability and traction, and it does a good job maintaining the outsole on the ground in dry and wet conditions .
From my point of view these are one of the best running shoes for road .
