I have used many DSLR camera for the past years, mainly Canon (Rebel’s, Mark’s) and Nikon (D90, D200, D300, D7200, D5), cheap and expensive, the Canon EOS Rebel T5 (at around $399) is one of cheapest DSLR camera on the market, but makes a really great job for the money.
So the Canon EOS Rebel T5 DSLR Camera comes with a lot of great features, besides the low price .
It has a 18 megapixel CMOS APS-C size sensor and a DIGIC 4 image processor which is a very good and fast one .
You can buy it with EF-S 18-55mm IS II, but you may also get a better lens, because the body is cheap !
It has a nice 3-inch LCD TFT color (460,000 dots) and you can record 1080p full HD movies on live view mode . If you need a better screen (1,040,000 dots) the you need the Canon T5i .
At 3fps continuous shooting you can do almost all beginner’s shooting stuff, if you didn’t had any DSLR before you will find it very quick ! Of course you cannot compare to more high expensive 5D Mark IV or other because the market for those cameras is different !
It features a 9-point AF System which works of in almost al situations .
Canon T5 is light 480g or 0.94lbs and for a beginner photographer and family shots it a really great and cheap choice !
