Do you like freshly prepared juice ? Who does not like it !
In this review we will talk about a juicer from Philips, from Viva Collection, HR1855/80 700W .
Philips Viva Collection Juicer is a robust one, with a higher quality and powerful motor of 700W, that it works under extreme voltage environments (peaks of voltage up to 270V) and extreme stress with hard fruits / vegetables .
We’ve got a white/black finish one, capacity up to 2L in one go (0.8 juice and 1.2 pulp), pre-clean function rinses away the unwanted fibers, all pulp collected in one place .
It has some cups that sticks to the table .
It was a little tricky to put it together because all parts need to come up to clean before first use and we didn’t want to break something, so you need to pull up all pieces .
We first use it on small fruits like blueberry and seabuckthorn and the results were good. Nice juice and pulp, almost all fruits were processed.
But because of the a hole above the sieve the hard small fruits were not all processed and some escaped untouched in the juice container .
With bigger fruits like apples or oranges you will get 100% nice natural juice ! You can juice almost any kind of fruit or vegetable.
You can juice :apples, carrots, melons,pineapples,grapes,oranges,pears,nectarines,kiwis,celery,beetroot,ginger,berries.
Very hard and fibrous or starchy fruits or vegetables, such as sugar cane, bananas and mangos are not recommended by the manufacturer !
What I liked most in powerful motor that cuts everything in seconds !
What we don’t like is noisy, but because is very quick, we can live with it .
The Philips juicer is designed for easy cleaning, but if you do it by hand it will take a wile, but not an eternity because quick and easy disassembly of all parts !
From what I heard Philips improved robustness and motor of all Viva Collection juicers so probably what is on the market right now is the same .
So if you need a good juicier Philips Viva Collection Juicer is a nice choice and from 80 to 150 $ on the internet depending on the watt power you will get your self a new one .
