Today we are going to talk about one of a gamer paradise product, mainly the HTC VIVE – Virtual Reality System .
It costs about $800 and for that you will get a headset, 2 face cushions, 1 nose rest, 2 wireless controllers, 2 micro USB chargers, 2 base stations, 2 power adapters, mounting kit, optional sync cable, link box, link box mounting pad, HDMI cable, USB cable, earbuds, lens cleaning cloth and documentation .
HTC Vive virtual reality headset was developed by HTC (known for mobile phones) and Valve Corporation (a well known gamming producer company) and is designed to turn a room into 3D space via sensors using “room scale” technology, with the virtual world allowing the user to navigate naturally and the ability to walk around and use motion tracked handheld controllers to vividly manipulate objects, interact with precision, communicate and experience immersive environments.
There are a lot of games for SteamVR so you will never get tiered of playing and the package includes everything you need so you will not spend any bucks for more add-ons .
So first we’ve seen that the headset is very comfortable and clear.
Wireless controllers are intuitive and it’s easy to play whether you are seated, standing or in a room-scale space .
We recommend you to test the location you pick out on the walls for mounting before and can take a bit more to setup, but with patience you will get a nice Virtual Reality System .
Sometimes headset view will seems to jump around, some screen-door effect (text displayed on the screen is simply not legible) or motion tracking sensor directions problems, but overall the product is very good for anyone who wants a new way of playing !
You can do more with HTC VIVE like navigate to Google Earth VR .
