IT

The latest release of Microsoft Office suite is nice and has a lot of new features that makes work easier, but sometimes the Excel 2016 craches, not responding, hangs, freezes or stops working .

For most of the time the easiest way to resolve this issue is to do the follwing :

Open Excel 2016, navigate to File/Options/General.
Click or tap to deselect Live Preview.
Click or tap to Advanced.
Select Disable hardware graphics acceleration.

Click or tap Select File and Options.
Load the Advanced options page.
Scroll down until you come to the Display Group.
Locate “disable hardware graphics acceleration”, and check the preference.

Hope this helps .
